Negatives: The housekeeping works until midnight and is very loud - I had to complain multiple times - they had at least 8 different people working on the hall until midnight, they were chit chatting and goofing off and you could hear every word. When I complained the first time they simply told me "they still have rooms to clean". I was given points on the second complaint (at 11:45 pm) but told they couldn't move me due to being oversold (except the entire floor I was on apparently). There were a couple of other mishaps (given the wrong room number initially and very slow elevators) that would prevent me from staying again.

Negatives: The room does not have microwaves or mini fridges, so you have to request it, but our friends were out of luck because the hotel does not have enough for everyone? Should these be just a standard in every room? I have also booked my reservation with free breakfast. Upon check in, the hotel staff confirmed my free breakfast, how and where to order from. The hotel charged my credit card anyway. Then I left several messages, calling the hotel for an entire week! The regular staff can do anything about. They transfer your calls to others each time. After no response from anyone, management and Finance Department I had to dispute their charges with my credit card company. I would not stay there again. My trust has been broken on many levels.

Negatives: No amenities fridge was way too small

Negatives: I was charged for every Amazon delivery package received. Was a terrible experience.

Negatives: The restaurant for breakfast lost our order and we ended up waiting over an hour to eat, after waiting 30 min. for someone to even take our order. Then when the food came out it was over cooked, and not as we ordered. I would not include breakfast again. The club upstairs still requires a door admission fee, it is not related to the hotel (they were actually very rude.) If you want to sleep at night, stay on the lower floors, the club gets very loud.

Negatives: Value. Paid more than what booking app quoted.

Negatives: The people at the reception were very cold and showed no interest in us, in fact they assigned me a room apparently occupied by someone else, since when I opened the door to the room everything was in disarray, I had to go back to the reception to tell them what What was happening, they gave me another room, but their attitude was always cold and distant, they did not apologize for their mistake, their ego is infinite.

Negatives: I don’t like how all of the hallways were cold but our room would never get under 77 degrees it was very hot someone claim they came to fix it but the temperature never changed so they offered to move us into another room then the air in that room was receiving an error message air wasn’t working in there either! At the end of the stay they also tried to charge us extra fees for tourism taxes which is ridiculous.

Negatives: no bathtub in all rooms as advertised.
