Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

There was confusion with hotel policy even if we called. And the staff was very unhelpful when it came to that confusion and just kept saying "well, this is policy", In a very uncaring tone as if we were bothering them and being a hindrance.

Enjoyed my stay. Especially enjoyed having a laundry room. Staff was super accommodating and helpful. I will make this location my stay when I come back. Close to everything I needed.

I wish there had been a fenced in area for the puppies to run off leash. Not huge but enough to get their energy out.

Positives:
I’ve always loved CandleWood hotels as they are very well kept and maintained. The room was clean. Has basic cutlery and small appliances and everything looks spotless.
Negatives:
When I walked inside I checked in at approximately 11:08 I was greeted by the front desk clerk and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. No communication during check in. My girlfriend and I waited at the desk for just under 20 minutes to just get into the room. Once we got a room, she called us back because she gave us the wrong room which was 324. We stayed in room 124. The room seemed smaller than what I paid for. However it was clean until I saw 2 roaches in the bathroom under the sink. I took a picture in case. My girlfriend and I immediately checked out.
