Everything. Room was dirty and falling apart. Beds where very uncomfortable had blood stains and other stains on sheets and bed. Lobby and property was dirty. The free breakfast was depressing had to go somewhere else. Felt very cheated

Our room was difficult to access because the latch needed a screw. The bathroom fan cover was missing. The sink did not have a stopper. The carpet needs replacing/removed. I will say that the bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

It was dirty,the sink pipe was leaking onto the floor,the carpet under it was soaked. Shower handle assembly was loose. The breakfast was pathetic, the toilet wasn't screwed properly to the floor and rocked. Pillows were small and lumpy.

Check in was easy but took awhile. No lobby, just a walk up window.. we had a bed, bathroom and TV.
Negatives:
Air conditioner didnt work. Dead bolt on door didnt work. Toilet didnt flush well. Carpet hadnt been vacuumed.
