The staff is extremely rude when we checked in. Our room was hot and muggy with a moldy smell when we walked in. The room was also crawling with insects.

The room was a bit gross. A few bugs and the room wasnt stocked properly. There was almost no toilet paper.

The location was okay, no problems with that. The ac cooled really well, after it had been turned on and ran for a few hours and the sun went down.
Negatives:
The pool was shut down and there was no notice of this anywhere, until you arrived and saw it. Both rooms had a horrible odor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Dead roaches under the beds. You could not get into the lobby at all, not even for coffee, and the rooms did not have a coffee maker.

The flooring in the main area was new and the toilet is new. There was nothing else.

The pool that is on the property is not filled. The outside of the building has visual damage and needs repairs. The bathroom has visible mold. Drywall has visual damage. The toilet was new but the upgrades are poorly installed. The furnishing are outdated and poor quality. Towels were rough and the bed sheets had holes in them. The lady that checked me in did through a Plexiglass window. Scary
