Negatives: The key card didn't work t to work half the time. You had to play with it for a while to get it to unlock the door.

Negatives: The only thing we didn’t like was there wasn’t much of a breakfast selection.

Negatives: Disliked · Room 131 the front door when closed had at least a one inch gap at the bottom half of the door, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was seized up and and it’s connected to lights. So when the lights were turned on, it sparked, squealed loudly and started smoking. There was trash all around the outside of the room for three days while we were there and in the lobby. The lady at the front desk was so rude, it made feel like jumping across the counter to shut her up. She wouldn’t stop talking when I tried to tell her what was wrong. I asked for a receipt and she said they didn’t give receipts. When I challenged she finally gave me one that didn’t indicate the amount. They advertised a Continental Breakfast, had sour milk, no juice, no fruits, expired muffins, expired sausage biscuits, stale dry cereal with ants crawling inside. Unclean counters. Absolutely no way to make anything to even snack on.

Negatives: We had a handicapped room but the toilet needs to be updated to a handicap one.

Negatives: Desk guy was very rude. Shouldn't be in the hospitality business. The fridge didn't work, coke machine was out order, ice machine didn't work for a portion of our stay, washing machine and dryer didn't work.

Negatives: In an effort to help you improve your property, the mattress needs replaced. We did see a roach in our bathroom. We did not have enough wash clothes or towels.
