Room was nice and clean.

Upon checking in when we got to the room noticed there was not a pullout coach. We booked the room on booking.com and it advertised a pull out coach and that is the only reason we booked the room. We informed front desk and asked could we change rooms and he said that they were understaffed and could not accommodate that at the moment. The parking lot was empty so I know the hotel was not fully booked so I wasnt understanding why we couldnt. There was no issue in paying additional fees either.
