Econo Lodge Inn & Suites At Fort Moore

Negatives: No air-conditioning or even a fan. I tried to open the door. It was so hot in the room, my kids tried to stand outside to cool down and we was told they had to go back inside by who I assume was management. It was not the room I booked. Microwave didn't work properly.

Negatives: We were given keys to an occupied room first… then they only had 1 room on the bottom floor, we had booked 2, so our group was split up. We had a disabled vet and service dogs with us, so first floor was needed. Then the room was filthy! We had to buy our own toilet paper, and they only gave us 2 towels for a double room. There was no iron, and the fridge in our room was loud. Then we had been there 2 days and the front desk knocked on our door asking if we paid the pet fee. We had told them they were service dogs on check in. They asked if they had vests, or certificates…. They are looking for a lawsuit there…. There is no registry for service dogs, and I don’t keep her vest on her when we aren’t in public…. We had paid in advance and I tried to get my money back so we could go somewhere else and was not able to….

Negatives: Nasty dirty room. I had booked 2 rooms and they were filthy. Management did not check rooms to see if they were clean before they rented them. I BLAME IT ALL ON MANAGEMENT for not checking out their rooms. ALL PEOPLE SHOULD CHECK THE REVIEWS FOR THIS HOTEL BEFORE RENTING FROM THEM. In the second room, the bed was broken and sunk into the middle.

Negatives: Room needed a thorough cleaning. Bug in bathroom. Towel rack falling off the wall. Breakfast area dark - very little lighting.

Negatives: It was so bad, I didn't stay. I just found another room and defaulted what I paid for this room

Negatives: The lack of towels and not cleaning the rooms if you stay longer then 1 day

Negatives: There were pliers to open the shower faucet. It smelled rather bad inside.

Negatives: I didn't like anything, it was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in. The shower curtain holder was barely on the tub. No handle on the bathtub just a pair of vice grips. Only 1 trash can. They never came for room service while I was there. And I saw some small cockroaches. And the light over the mirror by the sink didn't work. I have some pics if you would like them I told the manager about my room but no other rooms to switch to. I'd like some kind of discount or a free stay or good discount. I told the manager but then he lied to me when I left he said I didn't tell him and I told him he was a liar. Also my phone didn't work at first.

Negatives: That I couldn't have stayed for another night for free LOL

Negatives: The fire alarm went off for about an hr they didn't know what to do so the fire department had to do it
