Negatives:
The staff was extremely unprofessional. From check in, the staff was unpresentable, mumbled and rude. The morning “kitchen” staff called out people for taking food up to rooms, and on one occasion closed off the dining area to a customer and body shielded her away from getting breakfast. Cleaning staff was extremely loud and obnoxious through halls and slamming doors. The microwave was dirty on arrival, as was the bathtub.

The bed was too firm for me but my husband appreciated it. I thought when I booked a King suite it meant there would be a couch but it meant there was a kitchenette so, my husband, myself and our two girls had to share the King size bed.......

My room wasn't done until 5 pm when checkin in 3 pm. Cleanliness was by far the worst. Dead maggots on the box springs. Not even under the mattress. They were along the edges so you could visibly see them. Housekeeping clearly didn't care because there is no way you couldn't see them when changing the sheets. Which makes me wonder if sheets were even changed. There was dirty fingers marks everywhere. Headboard of one of the beds, both sides of the bathroom door and entry door. And when I say dirty, I mean like someone ate bbq wings and went about the room touching everything with their dirty fingers. I had to grab some tissue to even open the bathroom door. Again, no way housekeeping didn't see it. It was just to obvious. The shower dripped the entire time.
