Me and my husband are 5'10" and 6'1" and we were given a handicap room, the bed was almost on the floor, I do understand that hotels need those kind of rooms. For me and my husband the room was not adequate for us, but we're grateful that we got a room.

The staff was fantastic!!
Positives:
Lobby and room were clean and spacious. Doors lock after dark, but you can use your room key to come and go. Beds were comfy. Room had plenty of lighting.

I didn't read this on any reviews, so just so people know- they have a $100 incidental fee. Cash, you get back at checkout after the clerk checks your room. If you put it on your card, it'll take up to 14 days.

Tried to make tea in coffee maker in room, kept getting black stuff in the hot water coming out of coffee maker when running just plain water. Ran water through 5 times and it had black flakes every time. Breakfast was lacking. Juice machine broken, just bagels no bread for toast, small muffins and cereal. Nothing hot.
