The bed was too firm for me but my husband appreciated it. I thought when I booked a King suite it meant there would be a couch but it meant there was a kitchenette so, my husband, myself and our two girls had to share the King size bed.......

The hotel location is just a few minutes away from Fort Moore with plenty of restaurant and shopping obtains near by!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prove is almost always one of the best in the area

No counter in the accessibility bathroom. Shower head needs decalcified.

Bacon would have been nice for breakfast. The lady that takes care of the breakfast bar was a little unpleasant but the check in lady was nice.

My reservation was canceled without notice, and my friends and I had to share a bed due to the cancelation. The front desk staff was very unprofessional.

Reservation was cancelled the day I arrived due to not being able to charge my credit card before I arrived. I signed up to pay upon arrival so I don't know why this happened. Upon arriving to check in is when they informed me of the cancelation. After stating I was not to be charged until arrival they also said they tried to contact me but my phone had been disconnected. They never contacted me and my phone was not disconnected. This stay was very important as my son was graduating from Ft Moore the next day. Very, very poor communication and operations on their part!
