The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had issues with people staying next to us and the staff handled things great.

Some rooms are updated, our friends had one of those rooms, our still had carpet that smelled like it needed to be replaced.

No internet available in room no wifi,no cable on TV just snow, no remote control to TV, one USB away from bed for phone inside a clock not adequate outlets for cell phones, and heat was so so. For Wyndham owned this was very disappointing. Won't stay at this hotel again if I ever need another local hotel for any future needs. I understand that smoking rooms may not be the nicest but they should be adequate for the guest no matter if it is a smoking room or not. Very disappointed.
