Positives:
The women who worked the front desk were fabulous. They're over-worked, but they are happy, polite, and quick to help. The rooms are larger than expected, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.
Negatives:
The room I reserved was supposed to have a fridge & microwave but didn't, so I needed to be moved. I used the stopper in the sink in the bathroom but couldn't get it to unplug afterward. I reported the problem & was later told it was fixed but it wasn't, so I had a sink full of water all weekend. There were always one ity two groups of people hanging around outside the entrance. As a solo female traveler it made me uncomfortable.
