The front desk employee was super nice.

There was only one elevator and we were on the 5th floor so we always had to wait, so one elevator was down. The ice machine on our floor was broken. There weren't ice buckets in the suite to get ice from other floors. Someone called and said we sounded like we were moving furniture but we had just walked in the door from lunch so it couldn't have been us. The worst part was that the safety bar in the shower came out of the wall and my husband almost fell. They didn't use the correct kind of anchoring screws to keep it in the wall. Very scary. Although we took the bar to the front desk to show them, no one from management has bothered to contact us. We paid for the one bedroom suite, so we definitely didn't get what we paid for in our opinion!
