Positives:
Price was good for what was received. Beds comfortable and clean, good tv channel selection. All hotel staff we came in contact with were polite, informative and helpful.
Negatives:
Room overall could use a good wipe down, breakfast could of had a few more selections to choose from. Experience was still acceptable for what was paid and received.

The person that checked me in tried to make everything better. The room is not up to code no smoke alarm in the room look like somebody had tried to break in the door. The bathroom door looks like somebody broke that the tub was not clean properly.

The hotel just has a few cosmetic issues that need fixed. Nothing major.

We were attending a dog training clinic nearby and the hotel is pet-friendly. The convenience of location was the reason we stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was friendly and available when you needed something.
Negatives:
Older hotel - lots of wear and tear. Room smelled of bleach, shower/tub needs to be replaced, safety lock loose, etc. The bed linens were clean, but the towels very worn. Should not advertise pool when it isn't in service. Felt unsafe as a single woman.

Housekeeping,Jason from night audit, and the regular breakfast attendant were awesome they need a raise.

The front desk staff were extremely rude and need to learn some hospitality.

Housekeeping is very nice and do a great job and breakfast attendant that was there almost every morning not the housekeeper but was only food service was over the top amazing she always made sure me and my kids were happy and kept food hot and fresh.

Front desk was hateful.my kids and I were there 2weeks they called cops for letting kids play in rain.staying at hotel means you are in prison can't leave the room or go to jail.was told could pay by 12:30 but was threatened law for it.Not 4 family w/kids

The sheets were clean. Thats the ONLY good thing.

Old, outdated, nothing like pics online. Bath door busted & no light bulb. Carpet sticky & made feet black. Curtains had to rig to shut completely. Pool was green/black. Bare room; not even a piece of paper. Ghetto, just ghetto!

I didn't like the fact that the TV wasn't working. I called the front desk to explain to concierge Steve that the TV was not working. He said he would come to my room once he was done checking in the guests to take a look for me he never showed up. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Nothing, it was outdated and the rooms were not properly maintained.

Bugs in the room and in the bed. Very noisy a/c unit in the room. Linen for the most part were not properly cleaned or sanitized.
