Positives: Yes was over charged once I got there . Once inside the room we started to see bugs crawling so I asked for another room. They accommodated us with another room but was in the same condition. Refund was approved due to the roaches they had.

Positives: There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room.
Negatives: The staff were not pleasant or helpful at all; my booking was messed up as I had requested special accommodation and received notice it was approved but it was not and upon arriving was told that it would never have been approved and that Booking.com didn't send them my request. Then my booking was cancelled and I had to pay a higher rate. The room was very much in disrepair with peeling paint everywhere, a tub that didn't hold water and was rusty.

Negatives: I called 19 times over two days and never received an answer. Upon check in I found out they had turned the phone off. The lobby was closed and the one person they had to work would be gone most of the time. No breakfast was included though advertised.

Negatives: This hotel was not as advertised, was really dirty, not cleaned after the previous guests.Everything was booked that night, so we had to stay but has to sleep with our clothes on, didnt want to take a shower so disgusting, was horrible.

Negatives: A new employee that was at the front desk was very rude. She could of approach me in a better tone.

Positives: The hotel was under construction and under staff., my room had no cold water, only hot water. Was probably the worst experience ever! Will never come back., nothing I liked best about this hotel.
Negatives: Dusty from all the construction, got lost a bit to find the hotel desk., and then had to wait 20 mins to get a room., been to Mexico hotels before, and had better experiences there than here! Felt like this hotel was in a 3rd world country.

Negatives: Everything. This place is a total smelly dump. Days Inn should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place.

Positives: There's never been amything that I haven't liked about this particular hotel chain they've always had great service and clean rooms.
Negatives: Unfortunately, I had to forefeit the money I paid for services that weren't rendered because the greed of the rental car company. Hotels have started following suit with the same morally bankrupt thinking, I guess.
