Positives: I booked online and received a confirmation for the room. When we arrived, we were told the motel has no more available rooms. The man at the front desk said " we overbook to make sure we're full, we had 10 rooms available and booked 22, what are you going to do about it" His words exactly. The place was almost empty and I think he just refused to let us stay. We were a couple with two kids.
