Negatives: I feel it is deceitful to not state upfront there is a charge for pets. Charging $25 per night for a pet is not pet friendly. This charge should be stated while starting to reserve a room so I can make my decision based on total costs. It should Not be hidden in the 4 page hotel rules document.

Negatives: The room was clean, but the appearance needs improvement. The TV did not work and the image was not clear! The bedding had stains! The breakfast was not ready at 6am! I went to McDonalds across the street for my breakfast!!

Positives: DISGUSTING!!!!! I saw and killed no less than 8 cockroaches. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling in big chunks. The shower was filthy. We didt even use it because I couldnt imagine feeling any cleaner afterwards. The breakfast was a joke.

Positives: The location and friendly staff.

Negatives: This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever been in. I travel for a living and stay in hotels all over the country regularly. There were stains and dirt everywhere, a hole in the sheet, and the floor looked like it hadnt been cleaned.
