Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I wasnt greeted. The woman at the counter just told her co worker that the room booked was unavailable but acted like I was not standing there. Another woman working the desk told her what to do and was warmer and solve the issue..

A lot to not like. Hallways, stairwells and even other room very smelly. Food smells, urine smell in stairwell, stale smoke odor in halls. Quite loud, with people coming and going at all times. Dirty floors in room. Not true continental breakfast

Im going to start with the staff. They are very direct but yet they are very Helpful Hotel employee who works at the front desk was Amazing to work with. He will take care of you. True Customer service at its best.
Negatives:
Yes there is a lot of different people who lives here and can make management be on their guard with other customers. They still handle it well.
Positives:
It is a great location, close to the highway but quiet and close to restaurants. Great to stop for a night. The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. It was late at night and they were still very nice and kind. Definitely the best part of the stay.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and it definitely needed more bedding. Not very comfy to sleep on for more than 1 person per bed

I did not enjoy the rooms because I knew they werent clean when I found a condom wrapper behind the bed
