The 1st room smelled like wet carpet and felt damp. Also, the phone didn't work. We were moved to a new room that still smelled but not as bad. When requesting more towels, I was asked why did I need more.
The customer service was terrible. I was very disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm when it came to assisting. Never again will I stay here

The breakfast could have been, all u could eat and serve your self,also they had to little staff, and the cleaning staff didn't know English, so it was hard to get anything you needed. The hallways and elevator were so hot, like the a/c was broken...the fan in my bathroom didn't work.the projector in the ballroom didn't work

Price was good, staff was professional and friendly and location good. Room was clean.
Negatives:
Breakfast was bad. Only hot elements were gravy (biscuits were not fresh/hot) and waffles (batter was awful). No eggs, no sausage, no danish, no potatoes. Coffee in dispenser tasted like stale instant coffee. The worst “breakfast included” breakfast I’ve ever had.
Hair dryer in room did not work.
No EV charging options.
