I reserved (2) rooms and tried to change the reservation the day after I made it when I found out my dad had to stay at the City of Hope Cancer Center. The hotel would not refund me the second room.

Positives:
The room was pretty good. The mattress in the room was WAY to firm for me. But the pillows were nice and I really liked the shower! Very nice water pressure and the water was nice and hot! I really liked the gal working the breakfast area 2/15/2024. She was very friendly and kind and started my day off really well.
Negatives:
Mattress was WAY to firm for me - I did not like that at all. There were bags of garbage in the hallway all night and then in the morning the next day which is not a good look. The breakfast was cold also - but the folks working at the breakfast bar were incredibly nice. I did not see anyone working the desk when i was trying to leave which is not good also.

Plenty of room. Double beds.
Negatives:
I could not get a receipt. They did not tell me about a $75.00 charge for my dog. Just charged my account but still no receipt. Had to call twice to find out what the charge was for:

Breakfast was good. Little confusing at start.
Negatives:
Reading light did not work. Shade had to be adjusted to close. Most people would have struggled getting to work
