Location is tucked in and quiet from exterior noises.

The sneaky additional $25 pet fee that was not noted on Booking.com. However the note was rather hidden on the wall LHS of the front desk.
Indifferent service at the time of check-in, made me feel as though the clerk was enjoying their small victory by increasing our room rate with this addition hidden fee.
There was organic growth in the bathroom, toilet water seeping from underneath the commode, and growth on the ceiling. Also, enough of a crack in the rooms entrance door one could slide their fingers in.

It was close to everything and honored my choice status.the location was the best. Ms Virginia who cleaned the breakfast area was very nice and hospitable.

There was a roach or roach like bug in my room. It was crawling on my bed. The room otherwise was nice.

"WATERED DOWN" is my summary. From TP to the waffle batter was thinned down for cost. Quality to the customer was the poorest I have experienced and not a mindful concern of the ownership/staff. Shameful as that is the name of the hotel. Hotdog breakfast

I was with my brother who had just had hip surgery but it didnt work so we was waiting to have another one and the staff at this hotel made sure we were as comfortable as possible!!!!!
Negatives:
AC did not work. After waking up covered in sweat at 5am, front desk agent tried fixing it for 20 minutes. Then moved us to another room. Manager at check out only offered 10% off this stay and 20% off next stay, but then did not honor the 10% off.

I've stayed here numerous times because it's cheap but nasty. Now they've implemented a new policy where they charge your credit card $100 for incidentals. Not an incidentals hold, but an actual charge. Starting a dispute with Visa.
