Room was nasty, especially behind the beds. Box springs was broke on one of beds, refrigerator didn't work. They replaced it. No maid service for 3 days even after I requested it. Worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in.

I booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle , even called the hotel to verify shuttle availability , upon arrival hotel staff said no shuttle was available and would not reimburse taxi expenses and was dismissive of my unconvince

Breakfast we skimpy. Location was great

When we tried to check in we had to wait over a half hour for the front desk clerk to show up. Then as we were leaving for dinner he disappeared again. When he did return to check us in he was rude. In addition, the breakfast was one of the skimpiest breakfasts we have ever had at a hotel.

It is an old hotel with broken toilet sit, no stopper in the sick. Sheer curtains that let the light in and woke us up. Old furniture with breaks and scra.We were not given the information about having the room cleaned or that breakfast was over at 9 am.

Old appliances. Limited television stations. Leftover meat served at breakfast. Elevator rug DIRTY!!
