Staybridge Suites Savannah Historic District is pet friendly. Location in the historic district close to the river and tour bus stops. Friendly staff and parking was just behind the building had to use the garage close by one night as the lot was full. Bedroom is separate and the kitchen had a real fridge & cooktop

On the first day we noticed the light was out in the kitchen area of our room & the room was dusty. We let the front desk know & they said we would be on the cleaning list. The next day no one came to our room to clean or replace the light or replenish our used items/take the trash. Please note we never had the do not disturb sign out, in fact I dont even think they provided me one. I had to go get coffee, towels & request cleaning every morning. By day 3 we were fed up because no one had come to our room after all of the complaints. One of the staff members was rude & argued with me about my room number/the notes they put in their computer. We finally checked out early & went to a good hotel where you dont have to be put in a list to get your room cleaned. The gym equipment was all out of order, and the downstairs smelled like bad Brussel sprouts most nights. The manager would never talk to me & after we checked out 2 nights early, they only refunded 1 night. I am attempting to get this remedied, but so far they have charged me for a night we didnt stay there due to their poor cleanliness and customer service. Do not stay there.
