One of the personal at the front desk went by hear say of other hotel residents about a rumor in our room but should have came to the room to check it out plus could have checked the camera in front of our room door but they didnt?

.on top of paying $--- for my stay the hotel had charged me another price of $50.00 dollars that I was told that they would refund to my card on check out and have not received it yet

The first room mirror was leaning against the wall not hung, the fridge outside was rusted the mattress was brown in spots and when I told the clerk the room wasnt approved she said they were booked. Eventually was moved to a better tv remote didnt work

NOTHING! Dirty towels and sheets. Not enough towels. No wash cloths. No trash can. The entire room was very dirty. The plumbing was barely functional. The refrigerator was not cold and smelled bad. There were random broken and dirty knobs laying around.

The room was filthy. My sock were black from walking across the floor. ROACHES!!! The bathroom was filthy couldn't even take a shower. Even tried a different room . Never got back the $50 deposit Shady staff Highly do not recommend

Cable didn't work. Rooms were not as advertised. There was no breakfast like t said there was when the room was booked. There was a lot of college kids partying and hollering right outside out door.
