I love the staff all staff in the restaurant, front desk, and housekeeping was all wonderful and very helpful.
Negatives:
The rooms were too far apart especially for my mom who's birthday we were celebrating. I didn't like that the birthday menu in the Waterside Restaurant was the exact same one we had eaten from the night before in the Common Restaurant.

I didn’t like that I had to pay $20 to get into the resort. I think that should be added to the site that it’s a national park and they require a fee to get to the resort.
