Positives: Easy to get to. Room was clean and comfortable

Negatives: A lot of trasient people all over the place. Hanging outside the rooms. Smelled like a pot factory.

Positives: Nothing,place should be taken off your list of properties

Negatives: Light and exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, toilet seat fell off when sat on,no holder for toilet paper, remote for TV dead, got different remote and found out TV didn't work,just a hole in cabinet where fridge should of been,water wasn't even warm enough to shower and hair dryer didn't if we wanted to.Also had lots of monthly renters staying leaving grills outside,baby strollers,games etc.

Negatives: My room floor was sticky. We only had two towels and two rags. There was no soap available. Upon arrival I walked into the room and no lights would work guess they had to pop the breaker. The trash wasnt dumped and the chair was dirty. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. In other words I had to clean before I laid down
