We stayed at the Hilton hotel the previous night and it was awful but every time we selected best western plus they have exceptional service as well as great rooms, clean, roomier, and great breakfast which is included.

Although it was next door to IHOP, there wasnt anything else close on this exit. All major restaurants were close, but needed to get on interstate to get to.breakfast is included & was good, but through the week it doesnt start until 7:30. I

Every staff member I had contact with was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Both the grounds and the hotel interior were spotless, as was the room. The bedding and the entire suite were very clean, very modern and in excellent condition. It was quiet, not paper thin walls where you could hear others coming and going. I particularly liked the fact that the entire property is nonsmoking. I would stay here again, definitely.

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are large and spacious and well appointed. The staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast food is always fresh. Coffee machine in the breakfast area will make you anything from an espresso to a latte in just a few minutes and they are delicious. This hotel is quiet and have in a great location.

Positives:
The room was, above all else, very clean! The room was large. The room was quiet - even the in-room air conditioner was quiet. The room smelled clean. The refrigerator was full sized. The staff were nice and check-in and check-out was very quick and easy.
Negatives:
The shower head was caked in hard water deposits making it look very dirty.
