The front desk people were very welcoming and friendly.

The location is close to the roadway so it our room was a bit noisy. The location was a little hard to find- almost like a blind driveway. Signage at the entrance may be of some help. There are no restaurants in the area so a car is required.

For starters there were no restaurants within walking distance as stated. We were beside some hooka lounge that had nearly 200 incidents and murders. I never got my 100 refundable damage deposit back as promised. The day time front desk woman was not very friendly and helpful at all. They had people working there that couldn't even speak English. It was just a mess.

Location sketchy, unsafe, old property. That's not what I expected from the reviews, price point, and photos. I stayed in a new Avid property 10 minutes south. Did not use bookings.com. I paid $21.00 more than the Comfort booking.
