I loved this hotel. it was a good value for the price and it was in an excellent location.
Negatives:
Was noisy at times with the traffic even on the 10th floor, but that's the price you pay for a convenient location.

Parking is very limited. They have a valet and you have to leave your car key with them so they can move the car as needed. They are parked end to end blocking each other. Extra time needed when you want to leave. The building is old. Staff was nice.

Extra amenities: snack bag every morning, constant coffee and tea available, big fluffy beach towels.

Room a little cramped. Could not use lanani due to extremely ugly derelict building next door which needs to be demolished immediately (not the fault of the hotel).

The staff was friendly and helpful espically the front desk. The location is perfect for people who don't want to rent a car. 2 blocks from the beach with restaurants and shopping right outside. You can also book any sight seeing adventures in the lobby.

The Hotel definitely needs to be updated. The room had a dank smell and the vertical blinds did not work. 3 stars is definitely an over rating. 2 would be more accurate based on the hotel needing renovations but definitely budget friendly.

The pictures are ver deceiving. This hotel was pretty run down. Not great lighting. And the tv was in front of the mirror.
