Positives:
Clean, courteous staff, valet parking.
Negatives:
No microwave. Why charge Resort Fee if only staying overnight. A lot of the locals fly in from outer islands for business. In my case, a funeral. We check in after 3pm and checkout following day by 11.

Negatives:
Beds, cabinets are old, in addition to the door lights, other lights only have the switch on the wire. It is very noisy near the street, the sound insulation is very bad, there was someone talk outside the door could be heard in the room.
Positives:
Nice pool area. Good room balcony. Tasty cocktails for welcome drinks.

Excessively high resort fee. The room layout was strange, a bit dated, and surroundings were noisy. Staff woke me up while delivering an item to the wrong room. The restaurant wasn't good enough for the price.

Nicely remodeled hotel. Comfortable rooms and common areas. Great staff.

Our room was on the corner of Ala Wai Blvd and Kanekapolei. While it was a nice corner room, the traffic noise was very loud and made it difficult to sleep.

Unfort the 3 days I was there Mon - Wed were overtaken by a conference that took up the entire restaurant all day and took over the pool

Location doesn't really matter on Waikiki. Loved the hotel, the excellent staff, the pool area and Redfish, the hotel restaurant. Great to be able to cast on television. Would come back!

No breakfast available, bar closes waaaay too early (but that's the Hawaiian way it seems).
