If you cancel your reservation after Apr 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The only thing that went well was that I was able to check out and obtain a full refund due to Booking.com understanding that the health and safety of the hotel was unacceptable.

Negatives: There were cockroaches in the room and hallway, the windows and room were dirty, the staff didnt care, the pool wasn't heated, the "ocean view" was of shipping containers, and the entire experience was unpleasant. We checked out, I requested a refund. Everything could have been better. The cleanliness, the room descriptions, the staff, the facilities and maintenance.

Positives: The outdoor space was very nice, and they provided us with water bottles at check in. It is close to a grocery store and mall, and the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodating during the stay.

Negatives: Our first room had roaches in the bathroom and on the bed, and they were roaming the halls. Our second room didnt have a single roach, though was a bit dated in decor still and there was a hole in the shower area wall.

Negatives: The main highway outside the bedroom - very noisy! Noisy hallway/common areas at night. Very harsh unwelcoming lighting in bedrooms. Weak shower. Construction works next door. Very expensive for the quality of facilities.

Positives: Our flight times changed so we stayed there only 2.5mi from the airport. We loved the very friendly staff who gave good supportive information. Soft towels in the spacious room with the islands beautiful mountain view. The dining room is closed Monday so we went to the closest restaurant which is clearly loved by local residence. This was a very friendly place with a big breakfast choice. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport. There is a lovely garden overlooking the ocean to enjoy while you wait.

Positives: Good, central location in Kahului. The staff was endlessly accommodating! Even went out of their way and forwarded a package which was running late.

Negatives: Rooms could be bigger. The bathroom, toilet and shower take too much space. With 4 suitcases open it was a bit crowded.
