Outlets a fire hazard, smoke detectors didn't work. Fire company said this hotel has a history of bed bugs. Someone was smoking cigs in their rm & staff said there's no way to find out who it was. Smoke got in to my rm, had to put a towel at the door.

broken up lamp shades, stained towels, long black hair in the tub and folded in the towels, the bar on the tub was broken and falling off, huge scratches on the floor from moving furniture, toilet wouldnt flush,dog barking inside the hotel,dirty floors

assigned a different, lower quality room than was booked. only 1 of 5 power outlets worked, TV did not work. heater smelled like drugs when turned on. there was a customer staying in the other half of the double room which was supposed to be part of my room. There was a 2 inch gap under the door between the rooms and my young daughter and I could hear the vulgar language and sexual conduct under the door. my daughter and i immediately left and asked for a refund. the refund request was declined.

Nothing. Absolutely horrible service and we were asked to leave for an ESA animal. They claimed I was hiding my pet but every hotel I went to, asked about my pet and I told them. The hotel said pet friendly and apparently its not pet friendly to cats

I hated everything about this hotel. They are trying to take our money and not give us a full refund for asking us to leave. I have called them twice about speaking to the manager about giving our money back. Another lady told us that they did that to her
