We arrived late, the front desk associate looked and dressed like a maintenance crew!
Once we got into the room pulling the bed back, Spanish rice inside the bed! It had been slept in as well!
Jeremy (front desk associate) put us in another room but his comment to me was
" I've slept in awful beds in the military!)
I wasn't happy stating
" you didn't pay $500.00"
The next night the upstairs guest made so much noise walking and jumping sleep was not the best!
We found balloons from last guests on the floor in the new room!
The toilet seat was very loose, moved first room.
