Positives: I was grateful to learn that the hotel DID have a gym on site even though there was no indication of it on the website.
Negatives: The restaurant was permanently closed. Only few of the ice machines worked, had to search for the working ones, and there wasn't one on every floor. The key cards inconsistently worked, even after getting new key cards it work once or twice then stop working.

Positives: The room was nice I like the balcony and the breakfast was good
Negatives: My room was already paid for buy at check in the girl took 20 minutes to check me in with no other guest in line and Also the 150 deposit which is outrageous considering out of Towners are charged only 50 took almost 2 weeks to go back onto my card not ok.... bedside that the stay was great

Positives: When we first arrived, we got there about 15 minutes until 3:00. I asked if we could check in early and was told no by the gal at the desk. She was very rude about it also, there were about 5 other people waiting in the lobby to check in. We came in at 5 till 3 and stood in a very long line, there was only one person at the desk and like I said she was very rude. We stood in line for at least 20 minutes trying to get checked in and there were at least 10 people behind us waiting as well. She was very unprofessional and in my opinion very slow, when you have that many people waiting to check in she should have called someone to help her. Also I had to give a credit card for inncedintals and was charged $50, which still has not been refunded to my card. I called on Tuesday to ask about it and I believe it was the same person that checked us in. She was rude on the phone and put me on hold, if the phone was ringing she should have finished business with me and then answered the call. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and will not stay there again unless things change. We go to a lot of concerts and stay in hotels when we do so we are not drinking and driving, we were not rude but were treated that way. I understand the charge for the inncedintals but normally when we have had this happen it is reversed as we check out.
Negatives: The help at the front desk, very rude person. When we checked out the next day a different person was behind the desk and she was very pleasant. We told her what happed on check in and she appologized over and over to us. She had said that we weren't the only ones complaining ad explained that they are trying to change things and upgrade the hotel as well. I hope this does happen as it is in a great location for us to stay.
