The room was spacious and like new with a great kitchen. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was average, the food was very simple.
Negatives:
Larger pull-out bed, we had a to get a rollaway bed so both our sons had a place to sleep as the bed was too small for 2.

It was close to where I needed. Was off the main road so traffic was never a issue. The units are quad plex style so you don't have all the neighbors and running down halls that happen.
Positives:
The pool, grill and Cornhole we're the highlight of our stay.
Negatives:
The open air upstairs.
Positives:
The room, grounds and breakfast space were all exceptionally clean. Breakfast offered a number of options and kept very tidy. It was convenient to the Morrison Center at BSU, plus easily walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.
