Hot tub was broken which was one of the reasons we booked a multi day stay there. There should be some way of warning people that not all listed amenities are available.

Staff was friendly and the location was good to downtown.
Negatives:
One of the reasons we stayed there was for the indoor hot tub and it was not working for the entire stay. The road was was pretty loud as our room was close to the road.

The jacuzzi pool wasnt working and was drained.

We were visiting Boise State University, so the location was great!

Part of the reason I specifically chose this hotel was that my family enjoys swimming and this had an indoor pool. After check-in, we walked to the pool to find it was completely drained and non-operable. Pretty disappointed.

We were there for the 4th of July and the manager was very accommodating and went out of her way to find us a wheelchair so my husband could be more comfortable for the fireworks!

Positives:
Property is located close to attractions. It was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Ample amount of parking. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was attentive, accommodating and friendly.
Negatives:
Pool water was freezing, and sometimes the keys didnt work when trying to enter the building or our room. It took multiple tries
