Positives:
I absolutely loved the “on demand” chauffeur- it’s awfully nice to be brought to restaurants, shopping when you have no idea where you’re at much less where to park! It was very much appreciated. Love the balcony. I’m a smoker and it would’ve been nice to have an ashtray on the patio table. You can order the ashtray’s with logo on it, wrapped in plastic for people to take home if they used them. Charge for it of course.
Negatives:
There were a few things that I turned my nose up at. Being from the city, we don’t see lots of stars and I know by adding string lights at night helps with many things but it sure messed up star gazing from the balcony! Also, the hot tub room smelled of mildew and didn’t seem inviting as it did online.

Awesome customer service from all staff ,members , always very friendly and helpful .We were able to be dropped off at each ski lift and picked up with minimal delay

Great location and within walking distance to downtown Ketchum. Staff were great and very accommodating. Close to biking and hiking trails. You can also get a daily pass to the YMCA which is a very nice facility with a great lap pool. Nice breakfast and good choices.
