The bed was comfortable and room was clean although there were a couple of dirty dishes though. The staff were all great.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that there was no indication this was an extended stay hotel. I did not like that there was no room service until you stayed an entire week. I did not like there was no pool. Absolutely did not like the function of the air conditioner with the sensor which meant you roasted during the night since there’s no movement in the room.

The room was really nice. The business center was good. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. We appreciated being able to change our reservations since our work schedule changed a day early.
Negatives:
The room was sold as a queen, but our bed felt more like a full-size/double. We would have liked to have a better selections for breakfast but we did understand that most guests stay longer and cooked in their suites, so that was just a personal perspective.
