Positives:
There was a lot of free parking. There were hot food options for breakfast (potatoes, eggs, pancakes) in addition to the cold foods, but still needed to provide things like fruit and rolls. The facilities seemed brand new so everything was clean and not run down.
Negatives:
The shower ran out of hot water within about a minute after we used it. The sofa bed and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The staff was nowhere to be found, so we were unable to get bedding for the sofa bed for about 3 hrs. and had to stay up to wait. There were a lot of issues with getting the card keys to work and we had to get new ones constantly. Cost was way too high for what was provided.

It's really close to home, like 5 minutes away, so we use it as a treat for the kids with the pool in the day and then off to the sitters for them and back to the room for mom and dad
