Everything was perfect but dirty...
Positives:
Friendly staff, well managed. They try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. The hotel is kept very clean and it's a very welcoming, pleasant environment. We have stayed several days and even when they have sold out it's been surprisingly quite.

Inconvenient access from freeway.
Check-in & room location instruction was hasty & confusing. Bed was too soft & uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have a night stand on each side of bed. Air was stuffy.

They didn’t receive my full reservation. I needed 2 rooms and the only booked 1. I couldn’t stay there. I had to find another hotel at 9 pm on the date of our arrival

Booking and Super 8 don’t...
Positives:
Easy to check in and check out. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our dog was also very comfortable in the room.
Negatives:
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. I arrived with half an hour until service ended, but most of the food was no longer available. It was also pretty cramped with several people waiting on one waffle maker. There wasn't really anything "hot" available except the waffles and I didn't have time to wait for them.

They gave me the room in very front I could hear the front desk people talking with my door closed, and when asked to change I got a flat no! Awful. And they force charged me a ridiculous 200 dollar cash only down payment, seriously the worst I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. The staff were nice but everything else was dated, dated systems, dated showers and bedding, it was all very Idaho

No elevator,hard for bad knees,forgot to ask for accommodations to that.
