That I was kicked out of my room after 1 stay due to being accused of a theft that not even in my room and was not committed by me or my party. And then charged an ungodly amount to my card for the item. I was not notified of a theft at the property or notified of the upcoming charge. The manager was very rude to me and my party. I will never stay at a motel 8 ever again.

The side chair by the nightstand was heavily stained. It was the first thing you seen when you walked in shouldve been replaced a long time ago furniture in the room outdated lotta scratches and bangs and nicks and dings. l but the sheets were clean

Everything was perfect but dirty...

Friendly staff, well managed. They try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. The hotel is kept very clean and it's a very welcoming, pleasant environment. We have stayed several days and even when they have sold out it's been surprisingly quite.

Check-in & room location instruction was hasty & confusing. Bed was too soft & uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have a night stand on each side of bed. Air was stuffy.

They didn’t receive my full reservation. I needed 2 rooms and the only booked 1. I couldn’t stay there. I had to find another hotel at 9 pm on the date of our arrival

Booking and Super 8 don’t...
Positives:
Easy to check in and check out. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our dog was also very comfortable in the room.
Negatives:
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. I arrived with half an hour until service ended, but most of the food was no longer available. It was also pretty cramped with several people waiting on one waffle maker. There wasn't really anything "hot" available except the waffles and I didn't have time to wait for them.
