Positives:
The hotel was very close to the surgical center where I was having surgery.
Negatives:
The room was dirty, there was toothpaste or soap on the faucet, the toilet was yellow, the bathtub was dirty, the soap dispensers were empty, including the shampoo and conditioner, the breakfast was cold and gross, they put us next to a room with a dog.

Breakfast put out cold and recycled gravy was served, put out cold in a crock that showed burning around the edges. Grounds are very run down. Staff walked up and down the hall slamming doors and playing music Outlook at 3:50 AM.

The staff were very kind and hospitable. Made me feel as though they appreciated my presence and cared about my needs. Will definitely stay here in the future.

I wish breakfast was alittle more presentable the juice machine was watered down and the tables were slightly messy but not a deal breaker by any means.

They gave a key to our room to someone else at 11:30 pm. The couple who walked in on us told us the staff wasnt sure if anyone was in 218 so they had called the room. There was NO hotel phone in our room. One of the lock was completely broken.

We arrived at 3pm and our original rooms were not yet cleaned so we were moved to the 2nd floor. No elevator for handicap guests. There were used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we got into our room.
Renovations were being done which made it difficult to get around. The workers didn't speak very good/clear and understandable English so communication was hard. They were loud in the hall until late in the night.
Front desk couldn't take my payment for an additional night because we weren't scheduled to check out until the next day.

WAS cheap,til after i got the $--- charge for everytime i got a key made which was 3 times. 3 out of the 4 days i stayed there. And you do not get a free entry fee into the local gym/spa with every room rented...they said they stopped that along time ago.

I had to come twice, and no one was there to check us in. When I came the second time, had to wait 20 minutes before someone showed up.

The soap system is really annoying. It was completely empty. The next day I asked front desk for soap. He hands me the lotion. I mentioned it was lotion not soap. He said that's what they use. PLEASE go back to individual amenities, had to use my shampoo.
