Positives:
The breakfast was as expected, except there was no Hot Chocolate to drink. We appreciate the No Smoking and No Pets. The room was a bit warm and the heat/air noise.
Negatives:
There was no WiFi available. The bathtub did not drain well. The closet doors were pretty beat up. The hair dryer did not work.

Breakfast was good. Wasn't sure it was sausage gravy with biscuits though. No real flavor.

The room was filthy. Doors & bathroom floor not clean. Towels very poor quality. Room & Halls smelled of cigarette smoke. Asked for Non-smoking room plus a ground floor room due to our service dog. We ended up on second floor by an outside door but no way back in unless going all the way around to the front again. Husband can Hardly hear plus has neuropathy of the feet. Not good for a lot of walking. Dog is HIS SERVICE DOG. He has his vest as well. My husband was yelled at for having his pet. Said we didn't mention a "Pet" when I made reservations. I had added that a few minutes after the original reservation was made- "Service Dog" Did not say pet. He is a working dog. The people operating this place are very" Out of Touch" with reality.
I remembered after being there that we had used another Quality Inn, in that area two years ago. NEVER again. I now understand "Why" under $90.00 per night. When on only SS it is hard to find a place. This is NOT it !!

Stained up blankets, blood spatter on the wall next to bed, poeple racing around the parking lot all night, screaming and crying from other rooms all night. One of the staff tried to get into our room around 7 at night so she could look at the serial numbers on the phone... which was really creepy and I suspect she had bad intentions. And she looked and had the behaviorisms of somebody high on hard narcotics.

The hotel was very close to the surgical center where I was having surgery.

The room was dirty, there was toothpaste or soap on the faucet, the toilet was yellow, the bathtub was dirty, the soap dispensers were empty, including the shampoo and conditioner, the breakfast was cold and gross, they put us next to a room with a dog.
