There were ants in the room and they used a spray but wouldn’t sweep the dead ants up. The toilet didn’t work right and when brought to staffs attention we were told that many didn’t work right. We were there 4 days and the problem was never addressed. We asked for the room to be made up hoping the problems would be addressed but that never happened.

Negatives:
Only one employee on a shift makes it hard if needing help at front desk. Need to put couples rooms away from rooms with children that are running, playing and screaming in the hallways. Nice hotel all in all.

Positives:
The property was clean and in good repair. Front desk staff was very kind. Water pressure was good and shower was hot. Room temperature was easy to control. Pets are welcome, though we didn't have ours with us. The front desk staff called us as soon as they realized I had left my phone there. Luckily, we weren't far and were able to come back to retrieve it.
Negatives:
We had a slow drain in the bathroom sink. I would have liked more blankets, or thicker blankets for our winter time stay.
