I found 2 pincher bugs and black mold in the bathroom.

Everything! The man at the front desk was rude. I couldn't take a bath, I killed 6 cockroachs the 2 hours I was there. The floors were disgusting, the box springs were stained with God knows what, and it smelled terrible throughout the whole hotel!

The site said they have indoor pool and continental breakfast and yet they dont have either one. There was stain on the blanket and there was also a ketchup stain or blood stain on the wall.

property was not clean. No towel bar. brackets were broken. one wash cloth. No maid service in five days. their excuse was short handed. I told them I paid full price and expect full service.

They never got the booking from booking.com. the pool and breakfast were shut down. The front glass door was blown out and my son fell thru the door. The room had black mold and smelled funky. The furnishing we're all heavily worn and dated.
