Positives:
I booked this hotel because it was located next to the bowling alley where our tournament was taking place.
Negatives:
The fact that they sent me to a different hotel 4 miles away. I called earlier in the day to confirm i would be at this hotel and they said yes. When i went to check in, they said they had moved me to another hotel. Not happy!
Positives:
Nothing they did not give me a room at this location They were very disorganized with what was going on I cancelled my stay there and asked for full refund as it was there mess up. They did this with the whole group that went I believe there were 8 rooms and all got moved about 4 miles from this location. I booked a suite and the hotel they sent to was just a regular hotel but were going to charge me the same as suite. Was very upset. I’m hoping that you would remove them from your list of places to stay and also no charge to me. They also said they sent out emails 2 days prior to to me and also you I did not receive a email from them not sure on your end but would guess no because I didn’t hear anything from you. Hopefully you will take care of this as I hope to continue to use you for future bookings thank you

The welcome at reception and instructions on how to get to my room (the accommodation is spread out over quite a large area) after a long tiring day. Plenty of free parking. Given a token for a free 'standard brand' beer at the onsite Tap bar too. The room (3206), reached by a lift, was large and overlooked a field so was quiet (there is a small airport near by, so heard a couple of planes but not an issue due to limited arrivals/departures). The usual facilities such as a good sized fridge, very big TV with a wide selection of channels, microwave etc. Bed was comfy and large. There is a small bath with a shower (takes a little time to warm up) and an array of toiletries. Complimentary breakfast is available and is fine to 'fill a hole'.
Negatives:
My main gripe was the lack of a plug in the bathroom sink, which makes having a wet shave tricky - so I didn't bother to have one. The hotel block's communal areas are a little tired but I did note work was being carried out replacing the stairs carpet.

It was a very nice suite. The layout of the hotel made it very quiet. Nice continental breakfast. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage cereal and bagels. Will stay there again

Room was as described. Check-in, although we had to wait because of other customers, staff person was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast offers were as expected.
Negatives:
We went to the bar after eating dinner at another restaurant and there was 3-5 young women in the bar extremely loud so much so we could not stay in the bar. When we went we observed other people walking into the bar and leaving for the same reason - obnoxious bar people. It was too bad because we were looking forward to a nightcap.

When checking in, I was told my room was under construction and I was being moved to another hotel. They said the accomodations were the same, but that wasn't true. There was no breaksfast at the other hotel. I had to buy breakfast for my family of 5, and it tacked on another $60 to my trip. And, it was inconvient to have to drive back and forth to the other hotel, because that's where the rest of my daughter's team was staying for the weekend. Just a bummer that nothing was offered to us or our stay wasn't discounted.
