Negatives: The breakfast was horrible. It was what I would expect from a much lower level hotel. Nothing but processed and sugary options. Nothing cooked. No eggs at all. No hot oatmeal. No waffles. I've stayed her before and it was a bit better then.

Negatives: The hot water wasn't working and the desk allowed us to check in, even though they knew that was the issue going on at the hotel! We spent $220 and it was NOT worth that price for one night, especially with no hot water, working!

Negatives: This hotel used to be great, but the quality of service has gone downhill. - The so-called "breakfast" was frozen sandwiches you had to microwave yourself. It used to be a full hot buffet. I don't know what happened there. - I paid for the most expensive room type and my view was a WALLthe back of the hotel sign, covered in pigeon dung. - I messaged the hotel multiple times requesting that they set up the sofa bed before we arrive, and they never responded. My request was not filled. - The sofa bed had no sheets and I had to request them. Linens and pillows were stained. - Housekeeping never came by on our three days there. I'll look for other accommodation next time I visit Carbondale.
