Staff was rude no receipts, still have not got my deposit room smelled like smoke

We come to Carbondale 3to 4 times a year to visit my daughter and the location is close to where she is.

The staff was not accommodating. There were no sugar and creamer packets in the room, so when we went to the desk to ask for them there reply was they were only available between 6 and 9.They advertise breakfast, there is none.We will never stay again.

The location was great just a few minutes from where we needed to be.

Staff seemed unaccomadating. When my key didn't work, staff said oh, did you have it next to your phone? which sounds like he was shifting blame for key not working to me. I also do not want a key that fails if put by a phone? Breakfast was a joke.

We liked the location in general and especially since it is near restaurants. Dunkin Donuts right next door!

Our room was below ground level, but it was a cheap room. I imagine the rooms on the second floor were better! Just not used to budget hotels!
