Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Room was quiet and spacious. Good supply of hot water. Kitchen was adequately appointed with pots, pans, dishes.

Dishwasher wasn't working and moldy. Mattress was rock hard, found it hard to sleep. Towels were rough texture. Room clock was missing.

If not for their screwup and the way it was resolved, the stay would have been fine.

I booked way in advance one room with 2 beds. When we arrived, they told me they did not have the room I reserved available. They only had a one bed room. That was not what I needed as we needed separate beds. They gave me a blow-up mattress. No financial accommodations were given. The hotel blamed Booking. Booking blamed the hotel. This was a very busy weekend, so no other hotel had rooms. We traveled from out of town so the other option would be to sleep in our car. This was not a bad hotel. They just needed to do better with reservations and make ammends when they screw up.
