Ease of checking in and out and size of the rooms
Negatives:
Disrepair of rooms. Toilet wasn't working properly, looked like someone was trying to fix it, and left toilet seat not attached all the way and another toilet seat left in the bathroom. AC/heat unit was loud, making sleep constantly interrupted. No maintenence on site after 5:30, so no resolution. Only resolution offered was for me to find another hotel, since no other rooms available and could request a refund.

Anneissa at front desk was exceptional. Very friendly and sweet, excellent customer service, and very accommodating.
Negatives:
Noise from other guests and would have preferred a 2 room suite.
Also it would have been nice to have an oven and/or stove since we were there for 2 weeks.

Location! Walkable to restaurants yet very quiet. Lovely, roomy lobby with great seating/vibe. Rooms with kitchen amenities and nicely surprised by optional privacy curtain between bed and sofa bed. Also loved the outdoor seating!

Pool a bit tiny but great for kids.

There were bed bugs on my bed. the day I checked out i noticed several bites on my arms and back. when i started to review the sheets found bed bugs on it.
